Fabrics
The Fabric is the heart and soul of any upholstered furniture. At Camerich we offer a wide array of materials sourced from all over the world. In addition, we know that over the course of any furniture’s lifetime there will be inevitable regular wear and tear, staining or even change in preferences or trends. For this reason, many of our pieces including sofa frames are produced with removable covers. We offer certain series of fabrics that are Teflon treated for easier maintenance. Optional fabric protection is also available for untreated fabrics.
Leather
Camerich’s supple yet durable genuine premium leather is sourced from the United States, globally renowned for quality leather. Our leathers exceed expectations in form and function. Our rigorous quality control ensures that only the finest selection of leather is chosen for production carefully considering factors such as natural flaw content, tensile strength, and colour vibrancy. Additionally, we offer optimum light fastness and scratch resistance, making leather the ideal choice for usage in any high traffic space. Finally, Eco-Leather (high end synthetic leather) is also available on select items as an alternative to traditional leather.
Foam Fill &
Feather Down
Camerich utilises high density polyurethane foam core to underpin the structure of our modern sofa and lounge chair seat cushions. Our foam is either wrapped or topped with premium feather down. Our materials and techniques make our fillings strong, durable and comfortable. The foam adhesive we use is a water-based product with no VOC release. This is an environmentally friendly product purchased from Holland.
Feather down is also used in all of our cushion. Our carefully selected down is strictly between 2cm and 4cm in length and washed at high temperatures to ensure thorough cleanliness. Camerich takes pride in sourcing cruelty-free feather and down, another area that is of utmost importance to our company.
Frames
Expertly crafted, superior wooden frames are what define high quality designer furniture. Consequently, Camerich’s timber frames are constructed with solid Birch and Ash wood. Timber frames are also bolstered by stainless steel reinforcements when required for items bearing heavy loads such as 3m timber dining tables.These materials ensure a first class level of interior strength and durability.
Cross-woven elastic webbing used in our sofa frames is purchased from Italian vendor, INTES. This company provides high end industry standard webbing produced under tight quality controls and used by other luxury furniture brands alike.
Metals & Paint
Many items in the Camerich furniture range including sofas, lounge chairs, tables and more are supported by heavy stainless steel. Stainless steel is both structurally sound and highly resistant to corrosion and rust, allowing quality to be maintained into the future. Many of our sleek sofa legs are comprised of die casted zinc alloy legs that are also highly corrosion and rust resistant. All of our metals are pre-processed with anti-rust treatment. Our metallic paint finishes are sourced from company ICA in Italy. Our metallic paints are water based, containing less formaldehyde benzene and other VOC’s compared to that of PU paint.
Timber &
Hardware
Our timber sources are FSC certified. Our case goods utilise a honeycomb structure to guarantee strength and stability. All our wooden boards pass an 11-step processing procedure which ensure a very low refraction rate, exceeding national standards. Camerich hardware is sourced from reputable partners internationally: Hettich, Salice, Citterio, and Furnital.

Marble
Our timeless marble is meticulously sourced from the most reputable marble quarries around the world. For instance, our stunning white Carrara Marble is specifically sourced from the town of Carrara nestled in the province of Massa and Carrara within the picturesque region of Tuscany, Italy. This exquisite marble, with its rich history dating back to ancient Greece, has been cherished for its timeless beauty and versatility, making it a preferred choice for both sculptors and architects alike.
